We’re Hiring!

Perio, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time e-Commerce Manager to build our Amazon business and optimize digital sales efforts across our retail partners!

You will apply your experience and expertise selling on Amazon and other digital channels to:

Manage digital sales channels (primarily Amazon FBA and retailer sites), balancing daily operational needs with revenue growth and digital law/regulation.

Develop and execute growth strategies to optimize product assortment, traffic to platform(s), and customer purchases (including customer engagement such as ratings and reviews).

Oversee the e-Commerce tech stack to ensure integration of e-comm platforms with internal fulfillment teams and compliance with data/privacy regulations.

Continuously monitor industry and/or market trends to identify potential areas of opportunity.

Partner with Data Science and Strategy/Insights to develop key metrics and reporting.

Lead the proposal and planning of website updates, optimizations, features, and redesigns.

Requirements:

If you’re inspired by what you’ve read so far, please submit your application demonstrating the following:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field. Additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Demonstrated success selling on Amazon as typically acquired by 3+ years of relevant experience

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

Work Environment:

This job function is primarily performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Requires "Sedentary Work" and involves sitting most of the time.

Communicates orally and electronically with co-workers, clients, and vendors. Must be able to maintain professionalism and composure during all conversations.
