Summary
Brewery group located in NJ and MD is looking for Retail Sales Representatives in Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., New York, Delaware, Virginia, & Maryland to support existing business and hunt for more.
Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and wholesaler management within a defined territory.
Responsible for Distribution, Display, and Placements of our brands and accounts in those designated territories.
Ongoing data and activity analysis versus Annual Business plan for assigned wholesalers in the FFBC Network.
Responsible for Program Development & Retail Standard execution in the market.
Responsible for volume and distribution goals on a quarterly basis.
Reports directly to Director of Sales.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is essential.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially VIP/IDig and Karma is advantageous
Ability to build strong rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Full-time
