ERP/CRM Developer

Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on migration projects and dealing with various modules of Kronos and Dimensions. This position will require a strong command of client-side scripting, cloud technologies, and CRM, among other skills.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking migration from WFC HR and WFC Payroll and Timekeeping to UKG PRO and WFD

• Handling tasks related to various modules of Kronos and Dimensions, including Attestation, Analytics, Accruals, Extensions etc.

• Gaining a deep understanding of WIM integrations

• Gathering and understanding requirements for different projects

• Utilizing your strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills to ensure efficient execution of tasks

• Implementing your strong work ethic, team and customer service orientation to ensure prompt service delivery

• Working with relational databases and client-server concepts

• Utilizing your experience with Microsoft, AB Testing, API Development, Business Process Functions, and Configuration Management in day-to-day tasks

• Ensuring accurate documentation through Business Requirement Documents.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Developer or similar role

• Proficiency in Client Side Scripting

• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies

• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies

• Experience with AB Testing is preferred

• Proven ability to develop APIs

• Strong understanding of Business Process Functions

• Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents

• Competency in Configuration Management
