Job Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the Construction/Contractor industry, based in Santa Barbara, California. The selected candidate will be integral to our residential and commercial projects, working closely with our construction team on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects

• Work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget

• Utilize software tools such as Procore and P6 for project management tasks

• Apply knowledge of cloud technologies and CRM in project execution and management

• Handle accounting functions related to the projects

• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders

• Implement and adhere to budget processes to keep financial aspects of projects in check.

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Knowledge of Budget Processes in construction projects.

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Extensive experience in the Construction industry.

• Proficiency in using Procore software.

• Experience with P6 project management software.

• Understanding of basic Accounting Functions related to construction projects.
