Position Summary

As a Barback at MONEYGUN, you’ll play a key support role in keeping bar service flowing smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume cocktail bar. This is a seasonal position with weekend availability required. You’ll assist with setup, restocking, cleaning, and cocktail batching while working closely with the bartenders to help deliver top-tier hospitality. Craft cocktail knowledge is strongly preferred, and experience with batching and kegging cocktails is a bonus.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Restocking spirits, beer, wine, ice, and other supplies throughout service

Assisting with cocktail batching and kegging

Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar

Supporting bartenders during busy service periods

Helping ensure bar prep and breakdown are completed each shift

Following all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

About You:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in high-volume bar environments

Familiarity with craft cocktails and quality spirits

Experience batching or kegging cocktails is a plus

Able to work late nights and weekends

Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in tight spaces

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a shift

Compensation: $11.02 + tips
