Industrial Engineering Intern

Mrs. Clark’s Foods, a leader in condiment, sauce, and juice production, is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineering Intern to join our manufacturing team for a hands-on experience in our food and beverage production facility. This role will support engineering projects aimed at improving production efficiency while researching equipment needs to enhance our operations.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in implementing engineering projects throughout the plant

· Conduct research on potential equipment upgrades and new technology solutions

· Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements

· Collect and analyze data to support decision-making for operational enhancements

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality assurance

· Support documentation of processes and creation of standard operating procedures

· Interpret failure data and coordinate initiatives to reduce downtime

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field

· A high mechanical aptitude with the capability to complete moderate-level mathematical calculations is necessary.

· Possess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit

· Ability to collect and analyze data effectively

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
