PartTime Cash App Specialist

Job Description

As a Cash App Specialist, you’ll be responsible for processing incoming payments, applying them to customer accounts accurately, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the finance and customer service teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and apply incoming payments via Cash App and other platforms

Reconcile payment discrepancies and investigate issues

Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment-related questions

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Assist with reporting and data entry as needed

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience with Cash App, payment processing, or general finance/accounting is preferred

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Proficient with basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

Work Hours:

Approx. 15–20 hours per week
