The Production General Laborer will support various aspects of our production process. This role involves hands-on labor, operating equipment, and helping ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What you’ll do:

Assist with assembly, packaging, and quality control tasks

Operate production machinery and equipment safely

Load and unload materials, handling them properly

Inspect materials and products for quality and report issues

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow safety procedures and use required PPE

Communicate with team members and supervisors

Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance

Support training of new team members

Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Suggest process improvements when possible

Other duties as assigned by managerWhat we’re looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

6 months to 2 years in a production or manufacturing setting preferred

Comfortable with physical work: lifting, standing, repetitive tasks

Familiarity with production processes and equipment operation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and follow directions

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic understanding of safety regulations
