General Description

This position is responsible for Cleaning and Maintenance of the Facility.

Reports to: Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:

Cleans areas of the facility, (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, buffing)

Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects

Stock and maintain supply room

Make minor repairs using hand or electric tools.

Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical and A/C equipment, replace filters, identifies and reports more complex maintenance needs to supervisor.

Follows safe working practices, identifies and reports hazardous conditions and facility maintenance needs to supervisor.

Performs custodial tasks

Performs related duties as assigned.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years' experience in as similar position.
