Breakfast Commis or Chef de Partie

We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious Commis Chef or Chef de Partie. You will have confidence in your culinary skillset but also the willingness to take feedback and try new things. This role will primarily be working across the breakfast service.

Some of your duties will include:

Assist with the preparation and delivery of creative and contemporary meals;

Provide assistance with kitchen operations;

Manage wastage and portion control effectively;

Assist with ensuring all hygiene and health and safety requirements.

To be considered for this role, you will also have:

Relevant Qualifications

The ability to work effectively within a team or autonomously;

An obsession for the highest standards in cleanliness and extreme commitment to presentation;

Pride in personal presentation;

A strong work ethic and commitment to performing your best work every shift;

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;

A proactive approach and positive attitude;

Willingness to work weekends

Salary negotiable on individual experience and skill.
