Salary: $16-$18

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Target Wages: $16 - $18 based on previous experience

Position Responsibilities of the HVAC Helper

Assist a skilled HVAC Techs by supplying materials, equipment, and tools at the scene of jobs

Participate as a trainee in the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems

Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service

Willingness to learn and support the organizations goals and values

Experience and Qualification Requirements of the HVAC Helper

High school diploma or GED

Ability to read and comprehend written (English) material

No previous experience needed

Physical Requirements

Able to sit, stand, walk, feel, hear, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl

Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Able to utilize close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and adjust and focus
