Work Schedule:Monday- Friday7:00am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Position Responsibilities of the Assistant Controller:

Supporting the senior/managing accountant and wider finance team

Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts

Preparing project profitability analysis

Attend meetings and assist with other administrative duties

Participate in monthly close process to ensure complete and accurate reporting

Identify discrepancies in financial reporting

Collaborate with team to create and develop better efficiencies

Additional duties as needed

Basic Qualifications of the Assistant Controller:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 2 years ofconstruction accountingwithgeneral ledgerexperience

Timberline/SageSoftware a plus

Microsoft Office Experience, specifically withExcel

Must adhere to company screenings

Must have valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements of the Assistant Controller:

Must be able to adhere to large amounts of sitting

Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
