Developer I (Tax Team)

Job Summary

The Tax Developer I is a Full Stack Developer with approximately one year of professional development experience.

Responsibilities Include

Troubleshooting and fixing web automated scripts.

Working on a maintenance queue of work

Working on new enhancements through sprints.

Learn the product and code base of the Tax Team.

Perform SQL queries as needed for debugging, research, and custom reports.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A recent AS or BS degree in an IT related field, or 1 year of professional experience.

Ability to pass basic level C# and SQL coding exercise.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers.

Attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of software development processes and project management is a plus.

Knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles is a plus.

Knowledge of payroll and payroll tax is a plus.

Languages Required: C#, SQL, Javascript
