VP Finance Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization looking to add an experienced VP level finance leader to lead their financial and accounting department. This position is based in Connecticut. This person will oversee all financial planning, accounting, and revenue cycle functions. Senior level leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health and Hospice finance is highly preferred. Excellent understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing reimbursement rules / regulations is required. Relocation candidates welcome to apply - assistance available!
VP Finance Job Requirements

Home Health and Hospice experience highly preferred
Master's degree is highly preferred

VP Finance Job Responsibilities
Financial oversight of several service lines
Analyze data and metrics to improve financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Educate and mentor organizational leaders regarding financial performance
Strategic collaboration with senior leadership
