Experienced Copier/Printer/IT Technician

This is a full-time on-site EXPERIENCED Copier, Printer, IT Technician role located in Salisbury, MD. The Technician will be responsible for providing Technical support servicing and maintaining computers, copiers, printers, faxes, and MFPs, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing new machines, and providing customer support. The role will also involve performing equipment upgrades, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently.

Qualifications

Technical skills in copier, printer, computer maintenance and repair

IT troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Experience with installing and configuring copiers, printers, computers

Knowledge of network connectivity and software integration

Previous experience in a similar role is important

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Certifications in IT or related field are a plus
