Support families with in-home interventions aligned with case plans
Collaborate with social workers, probation officers, and community agencies
Promote positive parenting, skill-building, and crisis prevention
Document progress accurately and in a timely manner
Participate in ongoing training and professional developmentRequirements:
You're a great fit if you:
Meet Qualified Mental Health Practitioner criteria (qualifications can be reviewed here)
Have knowledge of parenting skills, child care methods, child development, home management and housekeeping skills, etc.
Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Have good decision making skills and the ability to work with minimal direction.
Have strong interpersonal and interviewing skills.
Can remain non-judgmental and compassionate under pressure.
Thrive when helping high-risk youth and families build resilience.
