Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually (DOE & Certification Level)

Delta Medical Transport (DMT) is seeking Advanced Life Support (ALS) providers who are ready to bring critical care to rural Alaska. As the only full-time ALS ground ambulance crew in the region, you will play a vital role in patient survival and safety—often where access to care is limited and time matters most.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring state-licensed ALS providers (EMT-II, EMT-III, AEMT, or Paramedic) who:

Can lead with confidence in high-pressure, rural EMS calls

Are adaptable, professional, and compassionate

Can operate independently in challenging weather and terrain

Want to be part of a close-knit, mission-driven crew

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license

Current BLS certification

Current State of Alaska EMT-II, EMT-III, AEMT, or Paramedic license

EVOC certification (preferred)

Clean background check and driving history

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality ALS emergency care in accordance with Alaska protocols

Serve as scene lead and direct patient care activities

Ensure safety and coordination in multi-agency responses

Operate and maintain EMS vehicles and equipment

Complete timely and accurate documentation (ImageTrend )

Participate in training, QA/QI, and safety briefings

Travel to remote locations as needed
