CORRIGENDUM FOR THE TENDER NUMBER 030/S/2024-2025/NCB/RAC FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM AT KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Following publication of the tender document related to the MAINTENANCE OF THE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM AT KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT published in The New Times 19th March 2025 and on RAC website. It was found that some items quantities were not clearly defined therefore, Rwanda Airports Company (RAC) would like to inform all prospective bidders the following:

The deadline for bid Submission is extended up to 22 April 2025, submission and opening time remain the same.

The BOQ has been revised and available on RAC website (

N.B: All other terms and conditions of the tender document remain un-changed.
