QC Support Nights

Number of openings: 1 Fulltime, Regular Location: Quality Assurance Working Shift: Night Shift Hours & Work Days: 4:00 pm - 12:30 am, Monday - Friday; some weekends required.

May vary depending on production.

* Assist QA Manager & Supervisor in daily operations.

* Will cover QC position if their off schedule.

* Assign work duties to QC staff.

* Develop and maintain knowledge of product specifications and grade levels.

* Monitor Line QC's to insure grade specifications are being met.

* Give accurate and timely feedback on product conditions.

* Monitor product quality individually and through QC staff.

* Ensure SQF, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained continuously.

* Evaluate and insure individual customer standards are met.

* Maintain inventory awareness.

* Provide excellent customer services.

* Train new employees.

* Provide feedback to line supervisor concerning fruit quality and standards.

* Additional duties may be assigned based on department needs.

* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

* Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

* Oracle, Discover and E-Time knowledge is a plus.

* Previous supervisor experience preferred.

* Must be flexible with working schedule.

* Bilingual is a plus.
