Machine Operator: Delavan, Wisconsin

Our customer in Delevan, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting machinery, ensuring quality and precision in production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Receive work assignments; drawings, sequence of operations and machine requirements such as feeds, speeds, dimensions and tolerances

Adjust and operate machines to perform progressive machining operations

Select and prepare correct part(s) and load into machine

Operate machines as required through manipulating levers, hand wheels and by engaging power, adjusting flow of coolant, observing operations, checking dimensions and adjusting as necessary

Remove burrs from parts and chips from machine after operation

Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

5 years machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment required

Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions

Perform basic math calculations

Ability to work at established levels of production

Ability to lift and carry of up to 50lbs safely

Regularly required to sit, stand, stoop, crouch and kneel

Comply with all company, safety and quality policies and procedures

Pay for Machine Operator: $17-25/hour.
