Hlutverk deildarinnar er nýsköpun og þróun á framleiðslutækni, þátttaka í innleiðingu nýrra vara í framleiðslu og umbætur/rekstur á framleiðsluferlum. Í boði eru fjölbreytt og spennandi verkefni ásamt tækifærum til að vaxa í starfi.

STARFSSVIÐ:

Þróun nýrrar framleiðslutækni með véla- og tækjahönnun

Forritun og rafmagnshönnun á tækjum og vélbúnaði til framleiðslu

Þátttaka í innleiðingu nýrra vara í framleiðslu

HÆFNISKRÖFUR:

Menntun í rafmagns- eða vélaverkfræði eða tæknifræði

3 ára reynsla af sambærilegu starfi

Hæfni í mannlegum samskiptum

Frumkvæði, sjálfstæð vinnubrögð og opin/n/ð fyrir nýjungum

Framúrskarandi enskukunnátta

Reynsla í forritun iðntölva (PLC)

Reynsla við gerð rafmagnsteikninga

Reynsla af notkun CAD-forrita (t.d. SolidWorks)

Taktu þátt í spennandi verkefnum með það að markmiði að bæta hreyfanleika fólks.

Are you a mechanical or electrical engineer with a passion for manufacturing technologies and automation?

Össur is looking for an ambitious person to work in the company's production development department. The role of the department is innovation and development of production technology, participation in the introduction of new products in production and improvement/operation of production processes. There are varied and exciting projects available, along with opportunities to grow professionally.

FIELD OF WORK:

Development of new production technology through machine and equipment design

Programming and electrical design of devices and hardware for production

Participation in the implementation of new products in production

REQUIREMENTS:

Education in mechanical- or electrical engineering

3 years work experience in similar role

Excellent communication skills

Initiative, independent working methods and open to innovations

Excellent English skills

Experience in programming industrial PLC

Experience in making electrical drawings

Experience in using CAD programs (e.g. SolidWorks)
