USA Green Improvement is a growing home improvement and construction company specializing in energy-efficient solutions such as roofing, impact windows, and doors. We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our team and help generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.

Job Summary:

As a Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our services and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

Introduce company services and explain their benefits

Schedule appointments for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets

Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)

Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not required

Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated

Ability to handle objections and stay persistent

Basic computer skills for call tracking and scheduling
