Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our crew. This role involves supporting various phases of construction projects, including site preparation, clean-up, and assisting skilled trades as needed. If you’re physically fit, safety-focused, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Load and unload construction materials

Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures

Assist with demolition

Operate hand and power tools

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)

Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers

Requirements:

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required

Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Basic understanding of construction tools and safety practices

Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
