Assistant

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support the CEO of ITD GBS Slovakia. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office and involves a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a gatekeeper“ and gateway“, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office.

What will you do?

Manage the CEO’s schedule and communications

Organize business meetings, workshops, and company events

Handle document management, mail, and emails

Monitor action plans and ensure timely follow-ups

Communicate with internal and external partners

Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and translate materials as needed

Ensure office related supplies and creates orders in SAP

Performs any other ad-hoc tasks delegated by ITD GBS Slovakia management

Support financial statements preparation

Education level - High School Diploma

Professional competencies

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Independence and flexibility

Organisational skiills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

SAP HR, CATS, Reporting experience

Salary: from 1500 EUR/month. The amount of the wage is the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic component of the wage. The final base salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
