Flutter Developer Lead - Leading Global Web3 Firm (Singapore)

Our client, a leading global web3 firm, is looking for an experienced flutter developer to lead the mobile development team and join their web3 team.

Job Responsibilities

Technical Team Management

- Foster the growth of team members and elevate the overall technical capabilities.

- Ensure high-quality and timely project delivery that meets business objectives.

Technology System Development

- Responsible for building and maintaining technical systems, including but not limited to technical standards, component libraries, continuous integration, and performance monitoring.

Core Development & Problem Solving

- Lead the development of core modules for a Web3 wallet.

- Solve technical challenges such as cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization to enhance user experience and application performance (e.g., WebView performance tuning, compatibility with HarmonyOS Next).

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields. 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years of Flutter development experience.

- Proficient in the Dart programming language, with a deep understanding of Flutter’s rendering engine and cross-platform development processes.

- Skilled in both Android and iOS native development.

- Familiar with the fundamentals of blockchain technology.

Architecture & Performance Optimization

- Experience designing the architecture of large-scale mobile applications, capable of independently making technical decisions and setting up frameworks for complex business scenarios.

- Proficient in asynchronous programming, network communication, state management frameworks, and experienced in performance tuning.

Team Management & Project Execution

- Proven experience in team leadership, able to guide developers through complex problems and drive project implementation.

- Familiar with agile development practices; capable of effectively breaking down requirements, assigning tasks, and tracking project progress.

Bonus Points

- Experience developing non-custodial Web3 wallets.

- Strong technical interest in the Web3 space, with the ability to quickly learn and apply emerging blockchain technologies and tools.
