Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Contingency Staffing is hiring an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for a manufacturing client in Northern Maine. This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the engineering department. This is a relocation opportunity and relocation assistance is offered.

Responsibilities:

Leadership for the maintenance and engineering staff.

KPIs.

Working with other internal leadership to ensure efforts and communication are aligned.

Overseeing and developing future capital investment programs for the mill.

Supporting a safety culture within the department and mill.

Working with contractors.

Oversees mill projects.

Qualifications:

10+ years experience in maintenance and engineering.

5+ years experience in the pulp and paper industry.

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.

Base compensation range is $160K to $190K a year, with annual bonus opportunity.
