Position Overview:
We're seeking a passionate digital designer with 3-4 years of experience, proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. This designer brings creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality, on-brand work. A self-starter with a positive and friendly attitude, they excel both independently and as part of a team. They manage multiple projects with ease, communicate effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a collaborative, can-do approach.
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience, education, location, and skill level)
Daily Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Creative Director, providing daily support
Attend review meetings to discuss project progress and present work
Review briefs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts
Create high-quality visual assets for website layouts, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads
Assist in developing design decks and new design concepts
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Create presentation materials as needed
Stay informed on digital design trends and best practices, particularly within the wellness industry
Qualifications:
3+ years of digital design experience in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Strong motion design skills
Strong layout and type skills
Experience in promotional, retail, and print design
Skilled in email, web, and paid ad design
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience creating 360 design decks
No ego, positive attitude
Must be able to commute to our NYC office Tues, Weds, Thurs each week
