Job SummaryThe Program Coordinator, Reporting & Evaluation, supports the Assistant Director and Grants Office project teams with project reporting, evaluation, and data requests. This position is responsible for coordinating the development of grant reports. The Program Coordinator partners with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness to support grant data collection & analysis and acts as a point of contact for third-party evaluators.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Reporting
Coordinate reporting activities with designated grant project teams, ensuring the development of clear, understandable, and comprehensive reports for review, submission, dissemination, and archiving.
Write and prepare detailed narrative reports that demonstrate progress on deliverables, including best practices learned and broader impacts on the college and discipline.
Collaborate with project partners, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, the Institutional Review Board, and external evaluators to identify, request, and communicate grant data, implement data collection strategies, and assess the alignment of outcomes with project and institutional priorities.
Monitor compliance with all relevant reporting best practices and funder requirements.
Data Management
Oversee the collection, maintenance, and analysis of participant data and project metrics for large grants within established data management platforms and practices.
Serve as the point of contact for external institutions’ data support and quality assurance. Implement risk management strategies to ensure the integrity and security of data.
Continuously evaluate and improve data management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Program Coordination
Organize and manage internal grant documentation and data, including administrative and reporting tasks for effective office management.
Update trackers and dashboards with grant information, including points of contact, statuses, and milestones.
Support the overall management of the grants office.
Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements in all program coordination activities.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with grant documentation and data handling.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve program coordination processes.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with an analytical focus, such as social sciences, statistics, business, marketing, computer science, or research.
Three (3) years of experience with databases, reporting, and a basic understanding of formative and summative analysis
Additional Information
State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
An appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience may qualify a candidate.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office working conditions. Regular exposure to moderate noise is typical in business offices.
