Salary: 32,000 euros/year + 10,000 euros/year in bonus

As a Sales Manager based in Benalmádena (Hybrid), youll be at the forefront of driving growth in a technology-driven environment. You will lead a high-performing sales team, nurturing talent, and fostering an environment that exceeds sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What Youll Do

Build and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team, motivating them to exceed sales targets

Provide regular coaching, focusing on sales calls and performance improvement

Design and set productivity and sales targets aligned with market trends

Drive operational excellence, improving key center metrics such as response rates, conversions, and pipeline velocity

Lead team discussions around career development and succession planning

Identify exceptional talent and develop a talent pipeline to meet future needs

Assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective action plans

Utilize CRM tools (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) to manage sales pipeline and operations

What You Bring

Language Requirements: Fluent in English + one of the following Nordic languages: Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish

Experience: 5+ years in sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a team management role

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

Skills:

Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Expertise in CRM tools (Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Success-driven personality with a passion for developing teams and individuals

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse team environment
