As a Site Lead in vibrant Valencia, you will be the heart of operations, ensuring your team thrives, performance targets are met, and customer satisfaction remains at the forefront. Your leadership will directly impact the success of key accounts and the development of the team members you mentor.

What Youll Do

Oversee regional or market operations, handling performance and recruitment escalations

Validate bonuses and staffing, ensuring smooth processes and motivating the team

Implement retention strategies to enhance employee motivation and synergy

Lead, coach, and develop team members, ensuring performance goals are met

Handle escalated customer cases and ensure high service delivery standards

Monitor attendance, performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies

Complete key projects to enhance team productivity and meet KPIs

What You Bring

German (fluent) and English proficiency

Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales or pipeline management, with at least 1 year in a management role

Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction in a fast-paced environment

Proven track record in managing multi-tasking teams and meeting deadlines
