Salary: 23,364 gross/year + 4,000 bonus + private medical insurance

Your Role at a Glance

As an Engagement Manager, youll act as the main point of contact for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), supporting their journey through onboarding, technical enablement, and go-to-market success. Your day-to-day will include:

Onboarding ISVs and explaining the value of the commercial cloud marketplace

Coordinating technical consultations and strategic Go-To-Market sessions

Managing pipeline and proactively following up to support ISVs launch timelines

Engaging in regular communication via email and 1:1 meetings to nurture relationships

Assisting with issue resolution and troubleshooting program-related challenges

Promoting content, campaigns, and events that drive ISV engagement

Collaborating with technical and marketing teams for seamless partner enablement

What You Bring to the Table

Native-level or fluent Dutch, and proficient in English

A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

2+ years of experience in sales/marketing, 1+ year in account management, and 1+ year in the IT industry

Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to guide partners through the sales funnel

Confident with CRM platforms and productivity tools (Outlook, Office 365, virtual meeting software)

A basic understanding and enthusiasm for cloud technologies

Ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and professional way
