Location: Benalmádena Costa, Málaga, Spain

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: 23,364 gross/year + 4,000 bonus + private health insurance

Your Role at a Glance

As an Engagement Manager, youll be a key player in onboarding and guiding independent software vendors (ISVs) through their journey from initial contact to activation and growth in a digital marketplace. You will:

Guide ISVs through onboarding and explain the value of the commercial marketplace

Initiate technical consultations and Go-To-Market planning sessions

Manage and track ISV progress and support them to meet publication milestones

Maintain proactive communication via email and one-on-one meetings

Troubleshoot program-related challenges

Promote events, initiatives, and content to drive engagement

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful ISV activation

What You Bring to the Team

Were looking for an empathetic and tech-savvy communicator who thrives in a multicultural environment. You should have:

Language Skills: Native-level or fluent German, with advanced English

Education: Bachelors in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Experience:

2+ years in sales/marketing

1+ year in account management

1+ year in the IT industry

Skills:

Strong sales techniques and relationship management

Experience with CRM and cloud technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge of Office 365, Outlook, and virtual meeting tools

Bonus: Passion for tech and the digital marketplace
