Job Title: Parts Loader/Unloader

Prefer candidate to have previous powder coat paint experience, and additional compensation will be considered based on skillset

Reports to: Line Lead

Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm OR 7:30am-4pm; OT as required

Job Summary: Perform powder coating functions for assigned line in a safe, effective and efficient manner in order to deliver a quality product to the customer.

Job duties:

Load and unload parts per job order specifications

Work with the team to meet daily production goals

Ensure a quality product by using tools in proper manner.

Work as team member for the assigned product line by effectively communicating production needs and helping teammates

Keep work area clean and comply with 6S process for assigned line

Perform other duties as required; flexibility is a must.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be able to stand, crouch, kneel

Must be able to work efficiently in a wide range of temperature conditions

Must be willing and able to work overtime as required, occasionally with little notice

Must be able to follow job order instructions

Must be able to communicate with leaders/teammates professionally and courteously at all times

Must provide focused effort and attention to detail to produce a quality product each and every time

Minimum age: 18 years old.

Preferred Candidates:

Production/manufacturing 1+ years

Ability to read CAD drawings

Job Requirements:

Physical:

Must be able to safely lift 50+ pounds using safe lifting techniques

Must be able to stand on concrete factory floor for 10+ hours per day

Must wear steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses and other PPE equipment, as required for work function.

Must have the ability to safely reach, stretch, bend and lift parts and product from a standing position

Must be able to do overhead lifting of various parts

Tools / Equipment:

Powered and hand tools will be used to perform the function of product assembly. Some hand tools may have vibration.

Working Conditions: (shifts, environment): Non-Climate controlled factory environment
