The Clare Estate is an award winning beautiful 10 acre estate located in historic Bordentown offering best-in-class independent, assisted living and memory care.
Some Responsibilities and Duties:
Directing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Memory Care Unit
Foster a professional, healthful environment and an atmosphere of positive employee morale
Plans activities/programs for the purpose of rehabilitation, entertainment, social stimulation, spiritual fulfillment, mental stimulation, psychological fullfillment, and creative stimulation.
Performs ongoing quality improvement evaluations that include quality indicators for the environment, documentation, team functioning, and all aspects of the quality care provision as well as reporting identified issues back to the team for resolution.
Demonstrates knowledge about residents in regarding background, participation needs, physical abilities, interest, cognitive capacity and attention span capability.
Monitors the care of all residents on a daily basis with special emphasis on problem and critical case review.

MUST be a Certified Dementia Specialist
Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant license
Psychology, Gerontology, Therapeutic Recreation or relevant experience
Knowledgeable of applicable state regulations
