We are seeking a highly motivated Controls Engineer with a strong background in industrial automation to join our engineering team. This role goes beyond traditional controls work—you’ll be designing, programming, and deploying cutting-edge automation systems across our production lines. You’ll work hands-on with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and smart sensors to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation throughout our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automation systems including PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
Integrate and configure industrial robotics, sensors, and vision systems for automated applications
Develop HMI/SCADA interfaces for real-time monitoring and operator interaction
Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance using data-driven approaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, production) to support automation projects from concept to deployment
Ensure all automation solutions meet safety, compliance, and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering
Strong proficiency in PLC programming (Rockwell, Siemens, Omron, etc.)
Experience with robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, UR) and machine vision
Solid understanding of electrical schematics and control panel design
