Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate manufacturing engineering activities across multiple projects
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety
Identify and resolve complex production process issues through root cause analysis
Act as the technical lead on new process introduction projects, collaborating with design, quality, and operations teams
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians
Support budgeting, capital project planning, and justification for process improvements
Ensure safety compliance of manufacturing process equipment and support the closeout of risk assessments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Automation, or a related field)
6+ years of professional experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
Ability to lead and manage teams and projects
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian
