Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for implementing and rolling out initiatives across all sites, working closely with SVPs, GMs, and site teams to ensure adoption of best practices and sustainable operational improvements. This role will drive change management, monitor progress, and empower sites to take ownership of ongoing improvements.
Job Responsibilities
Identify site level best practices to translate business goals into site level actions that address business needs.
Translate business goals into site level metrics to identify areas of improvement by site.
Identify solutions to address the site level areas of improvements through site involvement to identify best practices across the sites and service lines.
Work with the sites, and cross functional groups as needed, to create a solution that can be rolled out across all sites by business lines.
Effectively design and communicate the necessary changes needed, adapting the message to the current levels of each site. Develop and drive implementation schedules with the sites to meet business deadlines and targets.
Convert business priorities into an actionable timeline for implementation of initiatives, incorporating the sites’ capacity for change.
Hold sites accountable to timeline and project schedule.
Utilize change management toolset to drive buy in and adopt new processes to ensure timelines are met.
Be a hands-on leader driving buy in and adopting the new process at each site.
Actively work with the sites to iterate on the process to meets the sites abilities and needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective change management.Resolve conflicts that arise through the implementation of the new process and identify solutions.
Driving initiatives while balancing pushback, knowing when to push for change vs. when to leave processes alone.
Utilize contemporary tools to monitor and track the progress of the rollouts and measure impact of the changes to the business.
Utilize project management tools to ensure everyone has visibility to schedules and expectations.
Utilize tools such as PowerBI to create processes for teams to proactively track progress toward the goals by site.
Build tools to monitor performance by site and tie it back to site level financial data and business goals.
Performs work under minimal supervision.
Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills. Able to establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience.
Able to measure and meet assigned KPI’s such as:
Reduction in process cycle times-Days to invoice.
Compliance with CRM entries vs PO terms.
Adoption of new processes across all sites.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience or a mix of education and experience.
Experience with project management, especially managing projects across multiple sites and stakeholders within the organization.
Operating experience working cross functionally within an organization.
Familiarity with project management tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and deliver results in complex environments.
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders to align common goals and objectives.
Demonstrate ability to manage project timelines.
Critical thinking skills.
Collaboration and Flexible and innovative; the ideal candidate brings a positive, high-energy attitude with strong customer service skills.
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to tailor communication style with all levels in the organization.

Additional Information
Travel: 0-20%
Job: Full-Time
Location: Remote
Compensation: Pay ranges from $93,800-$115,000 yearly (depending on experience).
Relocation: Relocation assistance is not available.
