Transfer Agency FX Team Supervisor

The Transfer Agency FX Team Supervisor will be responsible for directing team members with the objective to achieve overall high client satisfaction. Achieving this will require strong people management, initiative, and attention to detail as well as the ability to delegate and to gain the commitment among team members.

Main Responsibilities:

Instruct Transfer Agency Hedge and FX activity on a daily basis.

Daily liaison with FX Desk London and New York and BBH Hedging Agent.

Manage FX process controls efficiently to alleviate any potential risk areas.

Process special fund events (eg Transfer In-Kinds and Liquidations) and dividends.

Actively contribute to team meetings and ensure constant team improvement.

Maintain close co-operation with various other teams.

Prepare the annual performance appraisals of team members and provide feedback based on goals for direct reports.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years supervisory experience or acting as people manager.

Minimum of 3 years Financial or other Operational experience. Experience in the FX processing field in a plus.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Good knowledge of standard Office applications. (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Team player – ability to collaborate effectively within the team.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Huge attention to detail, error-free environment.

Well-developed communication skills – ability to be precise in all dealings.
