Job Posting: Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our prestigious government practice as general counsel and bond counsel.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and counsel to government agencies and municipalities on a wide range of issues, including public finance, land use, and administrative law

Draft and review contracts, ordinances, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and write memoranda and briefs

Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to provide efficient and effective legal services

Qualifications

J.D. degree from a top 10 law school

2-4 years of experience as an Associate Attorney in a law firm

Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to public service
