Power Platform Developer (Hybrid OR Remote)
Type of Position:
3-month contract position to start. This role will be supporting a short-term project initially. Possible for extension as required. While this role isn’t expected to be long term, it’s possible that it would open doors to a longer term opportunity.
Candidate Requirements:
This position is with a major defense (DoD) contractor and is subject to federal government requirements. US citizenship is required; candidates must be US citizens at the time of application. Job Location:
We prefer candidates who are local to Columbus, OH. For local candidates, this would be a hybrid role (generally 3 days in office, 2 from home). We will also consider non-local candidates in this role. Non-local candidates will be fully remote.
Compensation:
$40.00/hr to $64.00/hr (depending on experience). Overtime paid at 1.5x over 40 hours.

NO PTO on contract (unpaid time off is permitted). If converting to a direct hire capacity, there would be extensive PTO.
Job Description / Duties:
HRU Technical Resources has partnered with a major federal government contractor – and non-profit organization – that seeks to translate scientific discovery and technology advances into societal benefits. We are hiring a Power Platform Developer. This role will be responsible for migrating existing SharePoint workflows and InfoPath forms to SharePoint Online and Power Platform applications. This role involves utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and DocuSign to create efficient and effective solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SharePoint Online and the Power Platform suite, with a focus on delivering high-quality applications and automations.
Responsibilities:
Migrate existing SharePoint workflows and InfoPath forms to SharePoint Online.
Develop applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to replace legacy forms and processes.
Utilize DocuSign for electronic signatures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Test and troubleshoot applications and workflows to ensure functionality.
Provide training and support to end-users on new applications and workflows.
Maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes.
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required at a minimum; Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with SharePoint Online and migrating workflows and forms.
Experience with DocuSign.
Experience with InfoPath and SharePoint workflows.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
This role will be on a 9/80 schedule. 9-hour days (8:00am to 6:00pm) with every other Friday off.

Occasional overtime is possible (and any OT would be paid at 1.5x).
