Landscaper/Driver - $19-$25

we are seeking driven landscape professionals ready to take the next step to Crew Leader. Individuals should possess strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills and truly care about the outcome of their efforts! We offer a friendly and rewarding work environment!

Qualifications:

Must have great communication skills with customers & team members and exemplify a strong leadership ability.

Must have knowledge and identification of plant material.

Must have the ability to read landscape designs, maps, and blueprints.

5-day work week (some Saturdays due to inclement weather)

Must be able to work well with others and follow instructions.

Able to manage a 2-5 person crew.

Must be able to operate maintenance equipment. Example: 60"-72" riding mowers and walk-behind mowers and small equipment. Pruning shears, chain saw, and other landscape equipment.

3-5 years of experience is a must.

Ability to complete tasks within the hours provided on the job site.

Ability to complete daily paperwork to track hours, equipment, and crew.

Must be dependable and follow all rules to comply with industry standards.

Must have a valid Ohio driver's License.

The rate of pay is based on the overall experience.
