Your Tasks

Bring ERP expertise and best practices into the organization, fostering knowledge transfer and driving continuous improvement

Capture, challenge, and document stakeholders' functional requirements related to the ERP system

Evaluate and contribute to the selection of ERP-focused technology solutions and IT partners

Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and reduce gaps with standard ERP solutions

Act as the key liaison between business departments, ensuring transparency, alignment, and coordination of comprehensive user testing before deployment

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field

Strong experience in ERP (such as SAP, Oracle or D365)

Demonstrated ability in analyzing and improving business processes, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation

Solid understanding of change management principles, with experience in guiding organizations through significant technological and process changes

Fluent in English and German; both written and spoken

Annual gross salary from € 53,650.51, based on professional qualification and experience.
