Chief Accountant (all genders)

in Prague or Munich

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

Oversee as well as perform daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and

compliance with applicable regulations and IFRS accounting standards

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS accounting standards

Participate actively in external financial audits

Ensure compliance with tax regulations in close cooperation with internal and external tax

advisors

Identify and contribute to process improvements initiatives

Manage the statutory financial statements

Ensure high quality balance sheet reconciliations

Your story so far:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting

Fluency in German and English is mandatory

CPA or equivalent certification is a plus

5+ years of experience in a comparable role

Proficiency with SAP

Strong knowledge IFRS standards

Ability to adapt to changes, and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and

stakeholder interaction
