Description
The ideal person for this role is highly motivated to seek excellence in all work and adept at assessing the short-term and long-term needs of the ministry's Chief Executive Officer. This person anticipates the needs of the CEO and provides administrative and follow-up support that enables the CEO to focus on the high-level priorities of the organization while also serving the other members of the Executive Team and the Administrative Chief of Staff.
Requirements
General Responsibilities:
Provides support to the CEO as he carries out his responsibilities for the overall ministry and manages multiple priorities based on the organization's strategies and goals. This includes supporting the Executive Leadership Team as needed.
Facilitates the CEO's work of managing relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including frequent communication, coordination, and follow-through.
Travels with the CEO as needed to support ministry functions and help with meeting locations, logistics, setup, and communication before, during, and after the meeting.
Supports the CEO with follow-up action steps agreed on at meetings, including follow-up communication, managing resources, and setting up subsequent meetings as needed.
Supports the CEO with managing his calendar, setting up meetings and RSVPs, preparing agendas and materials, and ensuring leaders responsible for action points complete the work.
Creates, edits, and distributes various communications, reports, presentations and other documents as required.
Manages projects, conducts research, and prepares summary reports and recommendations.
Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintains confidentiality.
Organizes and prioritizes incoming tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
Provides support for organizational changes and leadership initiatives.
Assists in event planning as needed and operates within the approved events budgets.
Prepares reports for Board of Directors meetings and serves as a liaison as requested by the CEO.
Collaborates with the Administrative Chief of Staff on necessary projects and provides administrative support.
Represents e3 Partners Ministry to internal and external donor stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
