We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM environment as well as training of our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure Salesforce is effectively supporting company operations and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain & enhance the platform in collaboration with users and stakeholders
Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize CRM workflows
Ensure Trystar understands and maintains best practices
Create training materials and document key processes
Provide continuous training opportunities for new and existing users
Stay current on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates
Manage workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
Need to be able to manage multi-cloud ORG,
Manage native salesforce security & compliance such as role hierarchy, permission sets, profile, territory, forecasting set up.
Perform regular system audits, data deduplication, and cleanup
Monitor platform health, security settings, and performance
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and apps
Implement enhancements, upgrades, and integrations based on business needs
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required
Strong CRM and Process Improvement experience
Self starter/learner with good problem-solving acumen to trouble shoot and mitigate Salesforce issues
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Sales Ops experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
Manufacturing & Industry knowledge would be a plus
Good attention to detail while simultaneously keeping company and sales strategy as a top priority
Great technical aptitude, including strong analytical and computer skills
