Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:
Determine work procedures, machine tools, equipment, and attachments to be used for assigned work
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong attention to detail
Use of precision measuring instruments and equipment such as Vernier calipers, height gauges, inside, outside, and depth micrometers, parallels, gage blocks, dial indicators, and surface gages to attain accurate dimensions and maintain tolerances
Set up/operate machines, including but not limited to lathes, vertical turret lathes, horizontal boring mills, and Bridgeport knee mills.
Ability to read and understand prints. Knowledge of concentricity, parallelism, surface finish, and tolerances in both imperial and metric units
Working in shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels
Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection
Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills

Qualifications
Machining: 1-3 years (Preferred)
US work authorization (Required)
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
