If you never meet a stranger and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, HealthCARE Express wants you to join our dynamic team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.). In this essential front desk role, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and valued as they enter our facility.

Responsibilities:

As a D.O.F.I., your responsibilities will include warmly greeting patients upon arrival, verifying their information to ensure accuracy, and assisting them with any inquiries they may have. You'll play a crucial role in answering phone calls with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring that all clinic forms are stocked and ready for use, and maintaining meticulous payment records for patient accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for scanning patient information, verifying insurance details, and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

You will address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, collaborating closely with both patients and medical staff to enhance the overall experience. Flexibility is key, as you will have opportunities for cross-training in various areas to support our mission and operations. Occasionally, you may take on tasks outside your usual scope of practice to help our organization grow and thrive.

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.

Schedule: Set - Monday through Friday, 8a to 5p - evenings and weekends off!

HealthCARE Express operates 16 urgent care facilities, a specialty clinic, and a medical billing department across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. We are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare while ensuring our patients feel at home in our facilities.

Training:

As part of our commitment to your success, all new hires may have to attend a comprehensive 4-day training session in Texarkana, TX, as part of the onboarding process. This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel in your role.
