Job summary: The candidate will support PMS 525 International Military Student Officer (IMSO) and update the Security Cooperation Training Management System (SC-TMS), as necessary. Provide all administrative support for International Military Students (IMS) as required. Interface directly with the project lead, lead IMSO coordinator, training scheduler, Country Liaison Officers (CLOs), liaison with various offices within NETSAFA, and external DoD/OEM vendors activities. Review and generate monthly International Military Student status reports.

Minimum Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship required

Active Secret security clearance and valid passport

3 years’ experience as an IMSO

3 years’ experience Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and SANWeb

Experience with IMS Student management and tracking in support of DoD Security Assistance programs

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Requires strong written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

Familiarity with Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and its application to FMS case development and implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

BA or BS degree

Experience with large US Navy training programs with international students

Familiarity with FMS policies/regulations and stakeholders such as: Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) and Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), or equivalents in other service branches

Experience Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS), Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC), and tracking in support of DoD Security Assistance programsWork Location: Jacksonville, FL

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
