This USA-based organization seeks a strategic, employee relations led Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR across multiple plant locations. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to management, helping shape superior relationships that facilitate the attainment of company objectives. You’ll serve as a catalyst for change, fostering innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement in HR operations.

The ideal candidate for this Regional Human Resources Manager will bring a passion for leadership and a strong presence to the role, ensuring compliance, leveraging HR technology, guiding the workforce to new heights, have a Master’s degree, and at least 10 years of HR & leadership experience. Minimum requirements for this Regional Human Resources Manager position:

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field

• At least 10 years of Human Resource experience with proven leadership

• Manufacturing experience is a must, with multi-site HR management

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities

• Expertise in HR technology, compliance, and labor relations.
