Job Description
Together with an experienced and motivated team, you will work in LGT 1st Level Support. You will be responsible for providing customer-oriented and efficient support via telephone and remotely in our multilingual environment. You will receive, analyze and solve user problems directly. Your tasks will include documenting solutions as well as creating and updating documentation.
Ensuring 1st level support (telephone and incident management)
Communication management
Updating operating manuals, instructions, checklists and processes
Performing coordination tasks (troubleshooting)
Creation of reports, KPIs, monitoring, incident quality management
Requirements
Completed apprenticeship or a degree in computer science (business informatics, application development)
Experience in 1st level support and proven experience in IT operations is an advantage
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
High IT affinity, service and quality awareness
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows 11 and Office)
Ability to work in a team and interest in working and learning in a variety of ways
